  • Anxiety

    If your teen is experiencing intense unease, worry or fear then therapy can help. Everyone gets a personalized treatment plan, but I use CBT, EMDR, Tapping, Mindfulness and parent coaching to help your teen heal.

  • Depression

    Teen depression is a serious mental health condition. If you or your teen is concerned about depression parents and caregivers must act quickly. I can help you and your teen understand depression, identify their personal coping skills, and work together to reclaim their health. Helpful techniques include CBT, EMDR, tapping, and parent coaching.

  • Parent Coaching

    Seeing your child grow into a teen is a beautiful experience, but let’s face it, adolescence can be a challenging and confusing time— for parents and caregivers! You can teach me about your teen and I can teach you about the teen brain. Together we can make sense of their behavior, understand their struggles, and work to build open, honest communication between you.

  • Coordination of Care

    I work closely with your teen’s pediatrician, parents/caregivers, and other relevant members of your teen’s support system.
